Intravis CrownWatcher for the perfect closure/cap fitment

Intravis Vision Systems of Germany, has released the CrownWatcher – an automated vision inspection system which ensures that closures are perfectly applied to bottles/jars.

CrownWatcher inspects the complete neck area of a bottle or jar and can process up to  1,200 objects per minute. 

When the position, identity or quality of a cap is not correct, the defective products are ejected, without interrupting the the production.

 It also checks the following features:

• Wrong closure / identity
• Damaged or Missing tamper evident band
• Elevated tamper evident band
• Crooked Closure
• Bullnose

Setup can be achieved in minutes with user friendly intuitive features including SQC functions.

Easy to use variable parameter settings and RFID operator access ensures complete integrity/security for on-line alteration to parameters and data history/tracking is standard.

Custom built solutions are also available for special applications
